Updated physical exam
If your child has had a recent physical exam, please send it to me at lrenault@framingham.k12.ma.us. To provide the best care for your child I need to have their most up to date health information. If your child does not have a doctor, and has not had a physical in the last 2 years, Gratis Health offers physical exams and other health services free of charge. Spring is coming
Spring is fast approaching and with it will come sunshine, new buds and spring allergies. If your child has allergies, talk to their doctor or follow the plan the doctor has put into place for your child. If your child has not been diagnosed with allergies, but gets a "cold every spring" or has symptoms of a cold that linger longer than a week, your child might have allergies. Talk to your child's pediatrician or pharmacist for recommendations that best meet the needs of your child. Important Information about your family's Mass Health Insurance
If your family is covered with Mass health Insurance, please read this information carefully and reapply for your coverage if you have not already done so.
In March 2020, the federal government declared a public health emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, in response federal requirements, MassHealth put protections in place that prevented members’ MassHealth coverage from ending. These protections are ending and MassHealth will soon return to standard annual eligibility renewal processes. In the coming year, all current MassHealth members will need to renew their health coverage to ensure they still qualify for their current benefit.
