Cooper Landing School Updates
First Semester Title 1 Meeting
From Principal McKibben: Thank you for those that participated in the Doodle poll to find a common time when we can hold our semester 1, Title I meeting. The date and time that worked best for the most people was Monday, November 20 from 5:00 - 6:00. Please mark this date and time on your calendar and I’ll send out the Zoom link when we are closer to the date.
We are in need of a PAC president, secretary, and treasurer. It sometimes becomes difficult to conduct the business of the PAC without officers. Please consider volunteering.
I just spoke with Cadre Feed, the supplier of our pine boughs, and they are saying that delivery will be delayed this year. We may not get them until after Thanksgiving. I am hoping that this won't deter people from purchasing one (or more)!
Price is $25 each. Please email Donna at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 595-1244 to order yours. No need to pre pay. Thanks for your support!

Hope School Happenings
What a winter wonderland we are this morning! Each year brings the post card pictures out of our own front windows. Time to start thinking about the bringing their sleighs to school. I am sure they will be chatting about that very thing today.
DOT cameras seem to be up and working. If any of you do not know about https://511.alaska.gov/map , you should check it out. It is just another tool we can utilize to plan a safe trip or know when you may want to cancel a trip. DOT updates the sight fairly regularly and you can view the cameras along the route you plan to travel.
