To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will think positive and I will take good care of my body.
I have suffered form "pain in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by remembering past experiences with physical and mental "pain" and use it to my advantage, remaindering the good and the bad experiences from it. What I will gain from that "pain" is experience. It will guide me into the right direction.
