Happy Friday D6 Staff!
Mental Health Day
An automated email will be sent to the Social Worker, Principal, and Assistant Principal each day, with a list of students who are absent that day due to a mental health day.
The Social Worker, Principal, and Assistant Principal will assess the student's situation and connect with the family to offer support or resources as needed.

COVID Info
A. Contact your doctor or the local health department for guidance on how long to isolate. Ask them for a letter for work. Submit this to HR. The health department will conduct contact tracing and notify those identified as close contacts.
Q. You do not feel well but you tested negative for COVID, so what do you do now.
A. If you have tested negative for COVID but are still not feeling well, please follow normal sick procedures for your absence and return.
Q. You have returned to work after your 5-day isolation, are you required to wear a mask?
A. At this time masks cannot be mandated. Previously, strict mask wearing was required for the additional 5-days after returning because you are still contagious for this 5 days. Mask wearing is highly recommended, especially in this situation.
Masks are still being provided for students whose parent/guardian has chosen to have their student continue wearing a mask, and may have forgotten a mask or ruined the mask they arrived with.
