Chicken- It provides a lean protein to the meal that will be filling. The proteins will build muscle that will in turn, burn fat.

Broccoli and Salad- These will make up the high vegetable amounts to a low-carb diet that is recommended.

Decaffeinated Tea- It is used as a diuretic, which gets out excess fluid.
