Intro to Kettlebell Class

Kettlebell instruction will help you become stronger, leaner, conditioned, more flexible, energetic and burn fat. Learn how one piece of equipment can do all of that for you. You will learn the three fundamental moves. The Goblet Squat, the Swing and the Turkish Get Up. We will focus on safety, form and quality, not quantity.

The intro session will focus on form. Students will progress on at their own pace.

Students will need to provide their own Kettlebell. Suggest waiting until after first intro class to purchase equipment.

Schedule

Four individual sessions begin on Tuesday February 5th. Additional dates are: 2/7,2/12 and 2/14. Class will run from 5:15-6:15PM at the JE Hamilton Community House. Cost is just $20 for residents and $30 for non-residents. Class size is limited so register early.
