On Behalf of the PTO

It's hard to believe that we are nearly halfway through February, and Spring is on the horizon! We have been very busy here at Pacelli! We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to the many parent volunteers who gave of their time to make 2023 Catholic Schools Week particularly meaningful and fun for the kids and teachers! We are so grateful for your time and impact!

Our dedicated and conscientiousness student ambassadors consistently rise to the occasion regardless of the context! We appreciate your engagement and leadership through the many special events which occur at Pacelli!

Notes of Appreciation and Gratitude

There is ample planning and preparations which goes into showing our Fantastic Teachers just how valued and appreciated they are. We were so grateful for the creativity, time, and energy so many parents gave to support the set-up!

I want to give a shout-out to Catholic Schools Week chairs! The CSW Chairs, Ann Hambleton, Anne Murray, and Emilie Rouse reached for the stars this year in an effort to incorporate novel, service-driven opportunities aligned with the CSW theme. Their above and beyond leadership and planning cultivated rich experiences for our kids and awesome Pacelli teachers and staff!


Additionally, thank you to the many families who contributed items to "stock-the-lounge" with Staff favorites! Your provision of needed nourishment and goodies for the Teachers' Lounge was a great surprise through the week!

Student Appreciation!

Many thanks to the awesome volunteers who supported the Skyline Student-Appreciation Lunch! It truly takes a village; we’re so grateful to all who showed up to support this fun Student Appreciation day!

Thank you to the many volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this lunch a fantastic treat for the kids! Furthermore, thank you teachers for helping to coordinate the afternoon movie for the kids, including snacks with a no-homework bonus!

Teacher Appreciation!

Thanks to the support of Thunderdome/Maplewood, we were able to indulge our Rock Star Teachers and Staff in mouthwatering fare, as a small token of our appreciation. The teachers were also invited to indulge in a bit of pampering with a 10min. chair massage!

We are so grateful to all who volunteered their time to ensure our Teachers and Staff had the opportunity to enjoy their Luncheon! Thank you for stepping-up and supervising the students in an effort to provide a little R&R for our teachers!

Jump-Rope For Heart

We want to give a shout-out to our Student Council Ambassadors for their leadership! Student Council members lead the Jump Rope for Heart program which engaged our elementary and junior high students in a cardio frenzy full of exercise and fun!

We are so proud of ALL of the kids for their outstanding effort and engagement! Thanks to Student Council for partnering with the American Heart Association and initiating such a fun, cardio-friendly event for the school!

Fun finale to Catholic Schools Week!

In true Pacelli fashion, Catholic Schools Week came to a close with some time-honored traditional events including an all school mass, Saint Family Bingo, and the 8th grade Volleyball game.

WOW, Thank You Pacelli!

We are truly overwhelmed with gratitude for your generosity! Thanks to your giving, we were able to surpass our goal, collecting a total of 2,513 items for LaSoupe! Donation item totals were 1,313 items beyond our original projection! Thank you for your copious contributions!

Thank you for the knowledge you bestowed as well as for the opportunity to contribute to your mission. With Service at the heart of this CSW, we thank you for your partnership which allowed for a tangible connection between hunger and waste within our city amongst our school community.

Mother-Son Reds Game!

Join the Cardinal Pacelli School Groups' Mother/Son event at Great American Ball Park on Saturday, April 1st at 4:10PM as the Cincinnati Reds take on the Pittsburgh Pirates!
