History
Belgium became a independent from Netherlands in 1830, the country became a part of the EU in 1952. Brussels is Belgium's capital, it has the population of 1.139 million. Belgium is a founder country, it has the total area of 30 528 km2 and the total population of 10.7 million.

Bastogne
In this town close to the Luxembourg border, thousands of American soldiers died fighting in WWII during the Battle of the Bulge. Their legacy lives on in the hearts and minds of locals and they take it upon themselves to remember the sacrifice those soldiers made for them and their town.
