Vice President
Ms. Michel Lynn DeJulian LMSW, ACSW
Ms. DeJulian is entering her twenty second year as a School Social Worker with Trenton Public Schools. She currently works at both Anderson Elementary and Trenton High School. Prior to working at Trenton Public Schools, Ms. DeJulian was the Clinical Director for both Psychiatric and Medical Social Work/Psychology at PCHA Hospitals. She continues her clinical work after school hours two nights a week to support area families and children with mental health needs. Ms. DeJulian is a graduate of Hillsdale College with a BA in Psychology, Sociology and English. She attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she completed her graduate work in both Clinical Social Work, Administration and Child Psychology. Ms. DeJulian has developed a District Coordinated School Health Team with support through financial grants from the Michigan Department of Education. She is a District Coach for the Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) program and a recipient of the Gleaners Smart Bites Snack Program for over five years. In addition, Ms. DeJulian is part of the Wayne County Coordinated School Health Team and Crisis/Trauma Team Coordinator for the Downriver School area. In her spare time, Ms.DeJulian likes to create great memories with family and friends. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading as hobbies.
Treasurer
Dawn Inde
Dawn graduated from WMU. She worked in Calhoun County as a school social worker for 33 years with a focus on preschoolers for the last ten years. Dawn retired in 2010, and has been the treasurer for region B for 37 years and counting. She has also served on the MASSW Board of directors for 25 years as well as the treasurer.
Amy Chapman
Amy Chapman has been a school social worker in Utica Community Schools for 17 years. This is her second year as treasurer. Amy got involved with the MASSW Region M board to increase her knowledge and become a stronger advocate for the profession. Her personal qualities of being able to manage figures and cash in an orderly and efficient way and being trustworthy make her a strong candidate for your MASSW treasurer.
