Electronic Devices
At the elementary level, the expectation is that smart watches, cell phones, or any personal electronic devices are not accessible during the school day. These items are expected to be "off" or silenced in their backpacks while they are in school. Students should not call, text, or message anyone during the school day.
All students are assigned a Chromebook which is all that is require to complete assignments and access instruction.
All items including electronic devices should be in backpacks while on the bus.
Recess
Students are outside for up to 30 minutes during recess. The playground can also be windy, causing it to feel colder than the actual temperature. Please be sure students are dressed appropriately for these colder days with coats, gloves, hats, etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
If your child is in need of a new winter coat, please reach out to your child's teacher or school counselor. We can help with this.
Mrs. Cindy Strano - cstrano@pvsd.org (Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 4th grade)
