Session 3: Growing Your Money
Bio:
Patrick White is a Registered Financial Consultant with White Financial Group, Inc. in Paducah, Kentucky who works to give his clients hope in regards to their financial future while striving to prepare them for independence in retirement. As a financial advisor, Patrick helps his clients plan for their futures in the areas of retirement, investments, insurance, college and wealth building. Patrick is the President of White Financial Group, Inc., a company that provides the dual services of financial planning as well as tax preparation. His knowledge of the tax code enables Patrick to advise his clients based on the tax consequences of their investment decisions. Patrick has been working in the financial industry since 1995, and he works with clients from all income levels because of his belief that it’s not where you start but where you finish that counts.
HISTORY
Originally from South Carolina, Patrick earned a football scholarship and played for Murray State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Business Management.
Following graduation, Patrick worked in the banking industry for several years before becoming a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual. After being with that company for a few years and establishing a firm foundation on how to run an advising business, Patrick decided to make the transition to Money Concepts to have the freedom that comes with being an independent financial advisor and being able to offer his clients products and services from thousands of options rather than a limited set of proprietary offerings.
Patrick’s goal is to give hope to those who feel like they’re in hopeless financial situations. He creates plans with his clients to help them get out of debt and to begin saving and investing. He says one of the most rewarding parts of his job is to see clients gain confidence through the financial planning process. Clients say that he is more than a financial advisor; he is a counselor in some ways as well in that he helps them navigate and succeed through life’s financial obstacles.
