To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday I will remember that I deserve to be healthy because I am worth it. I will tell myself positive things and not let the "disease" of the mind become the "disease" of the body. I will get around good people and stay positive in my life.
Pain
I suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But I will react to that "pain" by staying around good people who help me through my "pain". I will not let "pain" stop me from living. What I will gain from this "pain" is a sense of right and wrong. I will learn from mistakes or just try to cope with whatever "pain" comes my way.
Why I Am Who I Am
I want happiness from life so I need to surround myself with positive people who care about me.
