Back To School Night Information
Please be able to access (and print if you wish) your child's schedule in Genesis to prepare for BTSN. Please follow these steps to access your schedule;
1. Log in to Parent Portal and access your child's schedule.
2. You will follow the classes labeled FY, Q1 and S1 during BTSN.
In order to help facilitate the evening, we will have students and staff in the hallways to help direct parents to appropriate locations. Please note that the evening begins in your child's Period I class. Period 1 will include a brief welcome by Dr. Dutt with some reminders and updates for the 2019-2020 school year. This presentation will be made available to all attendees after the event.
As a general reminder, BTSN is to hear about the class expectations and to meet the teachers. This evening is not intended to be a parent-teacher conference. We ask that you be respectful of this but please do not hesitate to reach out to the teachers personally with concerns about your child.
Additionally, parking will be available in the student parking lot, the gravel lot and the church parking lot (Raub Road side only) for overflow parking.
Finally, student leaders will be providing a complimentary childcare service for school-aged children only during our Back to School Night. Parents may bring their child(ren) to the Media Center located in the high school from 5:30 until the end of BTSN for games and activities.
