Time & Attendance App

According to the Fair and Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), employees who are not exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act are required to record all hours worked in a manner designated by the organization. Hours worked in excess of those specified per day and per workweek, in accordance with state and federal requirements, will require the advance written approval of the supervisor. Failure to comply with this requirement can result in progressive discipline, including termination.
In light of the above-mentioned, all staff will be required to clock in and out when working, using the time clock kiosks, frontline mobile app, or web clock, as follows:
Frontline Mobile App
The app provides increased accessibility to features such as absence creation, accrual balances, timesheets, and multiple absence tracking tools. You can download and access this app in a few quick steps!
- Access the App Store on your mobile device and enter "Frontline Education" in the search bar. Click the "Get or Install" button and install the App.
- Once the download is complete, you will need to enter a unique 4-digit invitation code. The code is 7354.
- Follow the prompts. The Sign In page then appears. Simply enter your Frontline ID account and click Sign In.

Time Clock Procedures
Each employee is required to have a record of hours worked.
Employees are required to enter the start and end times of each assignment.
Except in emergency circumstances, prior permission to work additional hours should be approved in writing by the manager.
The employee must immediately report to the school administration any issues or missed punch(es).
Failure to record the correct hours may impact your weekly pay.
Violations of these procedures may result in disciplinary action, including oral or written warnings, suspension without pay and/or termination of employment.
