To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will start taking care of myself for physical health and believing I can achieve excellence to improve my mental health.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by living with it and striving for excellence. What I will gain from that "pain" is feed back. Instead of viewing it as a negative you can view it as a positive. Without pain you wouldn't know how to improve your life or what your doing wrong.
