Whole Child
This month, students will be focusing on kindness to self and others. This goes beyond the run of the mill compliment or smile, but to truly practice kindness we must understand how to show kindness towards ourselves and others. Students will be defining kindness and how to practice it in and outside of school, self-compassion, empathizing with others, re-framing critical or negative thoughts, and creating and respecting others' boundaries.
