A major time of change...
Starting off with the introduction of automobiles, large factories that are mass producing goods. Partying throughout the night with "flappers" and bootleg alcohol, celebrating victory in World War 1. A massive cultural uprise, starting in Harlem, New York. A major economic downfall, followed by crippling drought all through the southern states. Japan, dragging us into a Second World War, where we showed them and the Nazis who was boss. And finally, the start of an uprising from a race of people who have just taken too much crap...

Ernest Hemingway
Famous journalist and author, he has written 7 novels, such as The Sun Also Rises, was an ambulance driver in WWI and a war journalist, famous for reporting on the D-Day invasion. He won a Nobel Peace Prize in 1954 for his accomplishments.
Langston Hughes
Famous for being a renowned jazz poet in Harlem in the early 20th century. He was also an activist and man of mixed ancestry who came to prominence during the Harlem Renaissance.
Robert Frost
A famous American poet, he was praised for his stunningly accurate depiction of rural life, as well as his command of colloquial terms. During his lifetime, he won 4 Pulitzer Prizes for his work.
