Attendance on the first day of school:
We will send this information out at a later time.
Subsequent days:
Teachers will take attendance in Gradebook for each class period everyday. For second and sixth period, attendance MUST be submitted at 10:30 AM. Students in those classes must submit their attendance assignment for that class before 10:30. For all other periods, students should submit their daily attendance assignments before 3:45. Teachers will submit attendance for all other classes, except second and sixth, at 3:45. If a student did not submit an attendance assignment for any class by the required time, they will be marked absent, even though they have until midnight to turn it in. The next morning, teachers will check the previous day's attendance from 7:35-7:50. If a student was marked absent, but turned in an assignment between 3:45 and midnight, teachers will submit an attendance amendment (Google Form) changing those students from absent to present.
