CENTRAL SCHOOL

2015 HALLOWEEN PARADE

On Friday, October 30, the students at Central School will parade at 1:45 p.m. Parents/guardians are asked to view and photograph the festivities from the grassy area around the driveway.

Parties and/or activities will be held in the classrooms immediately following the parade. Only class parents will be permitted at Halloween parties. Please do not send in any goody bags, candy or treats with the children.

In case of inclement weather, a decision as to whether the parade will be held will be made by 12:00 p.m. If the weather is inclement, it will be necessary to hold the parade for students only in the Gymnasium.

All STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR COSTUMES TO SCHOOL. THEY WILL BE GIVEN AMPLE TIME BEFORE THE PARADE TO CHANGE.

Costumes should be safe; long costumes or heavy masks may be troublesome. Masks may be worn but must allow your child to see clearly. Objects such as plastic guns, swords, and weapons are not permitted. Please do not send make up, hair dye, and items such as “fake blood” to school with your child. Also, please remind children not to share wigs, clothing, masks, etc.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.

Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
