Winter Holiday Concerts Begin!
Dear Broadmoor Families,
Our Winter Holiday Concerts begin this week! A huge shout-out to our music department for their amazing work getting the students ready in such a short amount of time. Mrs. Bentley, Mrs. Moore, and Mr. Tiedeman are the BEST!
Please make sure to not arrive any earlier than requested due to other activities at the high school. Students will enter the front and walk to the music room while their family will go into the auditorium to be seated. Teachers will be in the halls to guide students to where they need to be. After the concert, the music director will release students by class to their families from the stage. Please make sure your student gives you their coat before heading to the music room so they can leave directly from the stage.
We are busy wrapping up our end of semester projects, but also have many assessments this week and next. Our teachers use these assessments to build their instruction and see what each student at BES is needing. Please encourage your children to do their best!
Have a wonderful week!

Gratitude. One of the most powerful things we can do for someone is to express gratitude for who they are and what they have done for you. Thanking someone provides two powerful gifts: it makes the other person feel good and gives you good feelings in the process. This week students will be challenged to thank someone that has made a positive impact on them.
If you or someone you know would benefit from assistance this holiday season, please reach out to me. We have many different programs available in our community for families in need.
TEAMMATES! TeamMates Mentoring of Louisburg is in need of mentors! For more information contact me at mcintires@usd416.org or go to www.teammates.org today!
