The Ohio Association of Pupil Service Administrators (OAPSA) is the "premier" state-wide organization of school administrators currently charged with district-wide administrative responsibilities for Student Services and/or Special Education. OAPSA members stay informed and connected through our extensive OAPSA email system, our OAPSA conferences, our OAPSA website, our OAPSA app and our OAPSA Book Club. OAPSA is the CASE Chapter for Ohio & is also an affiliate of NAPSA. OAPSA's associate membership is designed for professionals who are employed in the field and support the purpose of OAPSA but don't meet the criteria for membership. Dues are the same with all privileges of membership - except associate members are not permitted to vote and not permitted to hold office. Cancellation Policy for OAPSA Conference

You may cancel your registration for the conference up to 5 business days before the conference deadline by notifying Gwenn Spence via email at gspence@granvilleschools.org and OAPSA will refund your registration fee less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations, less than 5 days before the deadline, we will refund your registration by 50%. After the deadline, or a no-show, no refunds will be given.

Questions and Answers About OAPSA's Conference

Question : Am I able to change my mind about attending virtually to in person (and vice versa?)

Answer: Yes, but you do need to go in and make the change in your registration yourself. We are not able to do that for you. Once you get your email confirmation confirming that you successfully registered, then you will be able to modify your registration, if need be. We will cut off all changes in registration 5 business days before the conference begins so we have an accurate account of who is attending in person.

Question: When will I get my link if I'm attending virtually?

Answer: The link will be emailed several days before the conference to those who indicated they would attend virtually.
