CCMR Tracker Part 2 Now Available
The CCMR Tracker is a tracking tool within the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. This tool provides districts with an early preview of CCMR status for students who were in grades 9–12 during the 2021–22 school year. Please note that while the Tracker contains students who were in grades 9–12 on the 2021–22 PEIMS snapshot, the 2022 version does not contain results from school year 2021–22 as those data have yet to be reported.
The CCMR Tracker is released in two stages:
- Part I (Released March 31, 2022): CCMR outcomes reported though TSDS PEIMS, TSIA results, and OnRamps course completion through the 2020–21 school year
- Part II (Released July 1, 2022): CCMR outcomes for SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates through the 2020–21 school year
The CCMR Tracker is for informational purposes only. If districts find errors, they are encouraged to work with testing vendors to make corrections prior to the student’s graduation. TSDS PEIMS data are final and cannot be corrected.

2022 STAAR: Communication Materials for Parents
TEA requests that districts help ensure parents/guardians have the information they need to access their child's STAAR results and a suite of other resources to support summer learning at home by visiting TexasAssessment.gov. They ask districts to share this information as soon as possible, but no later than the anticipated release date of STAAR results in the family and analytic portals which are now scheduled to be available by Friday, July 1, 2022.
TEA has created the District Communication Toolkit to help campuses communicate with parents on how and when to access their child's STAAR scores. The toolkit consists of working documents that campuses can customize to communicate with families about accessing their child’s STAAR results, including:

FAQs
What will occur during the TIDE rollover Aug. 15-21? What, if any, data will be purged? Student information from TIDE? Test data from CRS?
- Any student files must be downloaded prior to August 15. All student information will be purged, so if districts want the files they should download them if they do not have an SIS. The history will still be there. They need to add the accommodations again. All user accounts will have to reset that password.
We're planning to teach a full year in one semester: will students be able to take the December Algebra 1 test upon completion of both Algebra 1 A and 1B?
- Yes, as long as they completed the TEKS, and in route to receive full credit.
Will test results from June be included in 2022 accountability calculations?
- No, the 2022 accountability cycle includes assessments from June 2021, fall 2021, and spring 2022. June 2022 results will be the first test administration included in the 2023 accountability cycle.
