How to handle a civil court case!
First: understand that you are the plaintiff. You will be the one sueing the other person for damages.
Second: understand that they are the defendant. You need to accuse them by using prepondence evidence. File your complaint against them.
There will be a pretrial conference and a mediation: this is to try to get you to solve your difference peacefully and without a trial.
The arbitration is when you settle your difference and agree to them.
After all of this, the trial will be set.
After you go through the trial, there will be a verdict (the decision made by the jury and judge).
After that, your defendant can request an appeal to make sure everything is equal.
