SFCS celebrates 26 Years of Growing Together in Faith & Knowledge
Dear SFCS Parents & Friends,
Happy Monday!
The students had a busy week. Some students finished up their Spring MAP testing, while others continued with final preparations for receiving their First Holy Communion. MIddle school is working hard on International Day as well as the upcoming Stem Fair. All of what May holds indicates this academic year is quickly coming to a close.
This week marks Teacher Appreciation Week. A heartfelt thank you to our faculty who make their job as educators looks so easy. I am grateful for our community of educators who do an amazing job.
Today the students who ordered the '22.23 yearbook, will receive theirs. There are a few yearbooks available for purchase. The cost is $20. Please stop by the School Office if interested in buying a yearbook.

1st Annual SFCS Derby Day - May 5
Lots of fun was had by the SFCS students, faculty, and staff, during the 1st Annual SFCS Derby Day! Students in grades 1st through 8th had qualifying races throughout the week in PE, for the fastest "jockey" to "run for the roses" for Friday's race. One student from each grade (1st - 8th) competed in the SFCS Derby, while the students, faculty, and staff cheered them on. The winners were: 1st place - Andrew G. (3rd Grade); 2nd place - Noah P. (6th Grade); 3rd place - Warner H. (4th Grade). Congratulations to all the jockeys and their inflatable horses! Next year everyone will be invited to dress up in Derby style on race day.

As a reminder, the use of St. Francis Catholic School, or St. Francis by the Sea names, logos, etc., must be approved before associating any group with either name or SFCS. We appreciate your cooperation and partnership with this important policy and ask you to contact Mrs. Smith for school related requests, and the SFBTS Parish office for church related requests.
