Procedure for Signing Out your Child Early

When you sign your child out early for an appointment you will use the Positive Proof system. A driver's license or valid state/gov't issued ID is mandatory in order to do this.

If someone other than the parent/guardian will be signing out the student they must be listed on the students record or a note from the parent must be sent to the office.

If a pick up is called in, we may ask to call you back to confirm using the phone number in our computer.

Students will not be called to the office before they are signed out by an authorized person. Please understand and plan accordingly for time sensitive situations.

We thank all of our families for supporting the safety procedures at Hurst Hills.
