DONATE SNACKS AND DRINKS FOR THE OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT CONCESSION STAND AND WATER FOR FIELD DAY
We are once again looking for donations of snacks and drinks to sell at the event. Donations for our event concession stands are incredibly helpful because we are able to raise even more at these events, and directly invest that funding into our elementary schools next year through assemblies, teacher grants, new student clubs, and so much more.
We are also looking for donations of cases of water for Field Day on June 15th! You may sign up for both Movie Night and Field Day donations by using the link below. Please note that Movie Night concession donations should be delivered to 1100 Sycamore Street, Haddon Heights by June 9th and Field Day water donations should be delivered to Seventh Avenue Elementary School by June 14th.
VOLUNTEER AT OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT
Finally, we are looking for volunteers for Movie Night to help the HHPTG run the ticket stand, the concession stand, a stand for beach towels, and a stand for glow items. Please see link below to sign up for one-hour shifts at this fun event!
