I will be out of the building all day Monday. I will also be out of the building until approximately 9:30 on Tuesday.
As a reminder, if students arrive late to your 1st-period class and they do not have a pass from the office or cafeteria, you should track them and issue a detention after the 3rd tardy (Or whatever your policy is). If they have a pass from the office, we will track it for detention purposes.
Key Fob Update: The installation company reports they are a few weeks away from completion.
Final Thought - 810 Moments Reminder
As we approach the holidays, sometimes student behavior can escalate. There are so many reasons for this but one of those can have to do with student stress and anxiety regarding home situations and the holidays. This is just a reminder that for some students, we are the safest place. We are the people who provide the most consistency, stability, support, and encouragement.
We have 810 30-second moments to make a positive impact on students and each other every day. You all are the heart of the educational system for our kids. Thank you for all you do!
Don't forget about the Leaderinme website and the multitude of resources it has for the classroom!
