Freedom of Speech
The citizens right to rule, Citizens should be allowed to rule based on the laws that are used in the story.
"Tessie Hutchinson was in the center of a cleared space by now, and she held her hands out desperately as the villagers moved in on her. "It isn't fair," she said. A stone hit her on the side of the head. "It isn't fair, it isn't right," Mrs. Hutchinson screamed, and then they were upon her"(Jackson 7).
"It's a game, you see," pursued the general blandly. "I suggest to one of them that we go hunting. I give him a supply of food and an excellent hunting knife. I give him three hours' start. I am to follow, armed only with a pistol of the smallest caliber and range. If my quarry eludes me for three whole days, he wins the game. If I find him "--the general smiled--" he loses" ( Connell 9).
The Most Dangerous Games/ RainsFord
This is a picture of Rains ford from The Most Dangerous Games. In the story Rains Ford was being hunted by the general. Rains Ford had a head start to run away. At the end of the story Rains Ford killed the general.
The Lottery/ Mrs. Hutchinson
In the story the Lottery every one had to put their name in a black box. Mrs. Hutchinson was chosen to be stoned to death after her name was picked out of the black box.
