Please make sure that your registrars and secretaries are using the NEW Enrollment Forms, Home Language Surveys and Migrant Occupational Surveys. The Home Language Survey should NOT be included in the enrollment packet, but given to student upon their FIRST enrollment into the district. If the student is transferring from another district, please have the registrar check the student's CR.
