The Ramp up in 2014

We had a great turnout in terms of referrals submitted in 2014. It was a year of new beginnings, rapid growth, building the brand and relationships in the market place. With our aggressive growth targets, we asked all of you to look inside your networks and recommend those who fit from both a skill-set perspective as well as a cultural perspective. And...we saw a significant turnout, especially from the networking event held in December! We are proud to say we successfully hired two referrals who started with us in 2014 and we couldn't be more excited about hiring from our own internal networks. Great job and thank you!


Driving continuous growth in 2015

As we start 2015, year two for the region, we believe we have an incredibly talented team sitting in Capco today. We are seeing demand in the market increase with urgency and the need for more talent remains top priority for the business. With that said, we would like to ask all of you to continue to look inside your network and share the Capco growth story with those who fit our Capco requirements. We ask that you continue to sell the idea of Capco and bring those onboard who you would like to both learn from and work along side day-to-day.


We have revised our referral bonus amounts to reflect the local market and have provided the updated amounts below for your review. The new referral scheme will take effect for any referral starting after February 28th.


Please note, we will have a dedicated in-house recruitment effort focused on hiring for our Associate Talent Program (ATP) and will expect the support of our broader team to help interview and bring on our future ATP class through our Campus Recruitment program. We will no longer be offering referral bonuses for Associate levels.


Referral Amounts:

CO, SC $20,000 HKD

PC, MP $30,000 HKD


What are we looking for?

Our main focus will be on experienced management consultants with strong change, operational and TOM backgrounds. We are looking for candidates with strong FS content who are flexible to work across domains. In particular, a Finance Risk and Compliance background is of massive interest to us, as it will be the key area of growth. We will consider candidates from industry as well, provided they have extensive formal change management experience (mainly at CO and SC levels). It's the quality that matters here, so if you know even one person who you would be proud to represent, then please let us know.


Key focus areas:

*Finance Risk Compliance (FRC) - Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, FATCA, Regulatory change, Finance Transformation, Program Management across Commercial and Retail Banking / Regulatory Compliance


*Banking and Wealth - Retail Banking operations and change, Commercial Banking, New consumer, and Wealth Management
