Brain Breaks - Choir Director
After intense learning:
1. Stand Up
2. Put your hands in front of you about 12 inches apart with your index fingers pointing straight forward.
3. When the music plays, move your fingers to the beat of the music in the figure of an "eight."
4. Try it with different types of music and varying beats.
5. Students can also dance if they like.
