Annotation on the iPad just got easier!
For those of you who attended my training session last week, we use Adobe Reader to annotate PDFs. Adobe Reader is a great app, but is very simple in its choices. I just found out about a wonderful app called Note Anytime, that is also free but has some amazing features. Please download it to your iPads and encourage your students to do the same! Click here to go to the App Store. Watch the video below to learn more about its features.
[Instructional Videos] Introduction (for iPad)
Using Kahoot in the Classroom
Kahoot is an easy to use, game-based, blended learning and classroom engagement tool similar to Socrative and Infuse Learning, that allows you to create quizzes, polls and surveys for your students. One of the main differences between Kahoot and the other applications is that Kahoot is a more "gamified" method of formative assessment. Watch the video below to learn more about how to create and use Kahoots in your own classroom!

Need help integrating these or other apps into your classroom?
Please remember that I am here to help you integrate technology into your classroom for the purpose of increasing student learning. If you would like to sit down and meet with me about some of your ideas, or would like for me to come into your classroom to assist in the implementation of a tool/app, please let me know. You could use one of these tools in a lesson, meet with me so I can help you plan, and mark your technology lesson plan off of your to-do list! :o) I am here to help - please let me know what you need!
