Big picture

Dear Pleasant Valley Families,

Thank you to all who donated to our Student Council and Parma Educators Association Food Drive! Our class of 2034, aka Kindergarten, had the most items donated!

  • Kindergarten- 880 items
  • Grade 1- 339 items
  • Grade 2- 850 items
  • Grade 3- 507 items
  • Grade 4- 821 items
  • Total- 3.397 items collected

Thank you again for all of your generous donations! They will definitely be appreciated by the families who receive them!

Next week our Annual Giving Tree tradition for the Parma Collaborative will be set up in the lobby. If you are interested in adopting a child in need for the holidays, your PV student can come down and select an ornament, or you are able to stop in the building to pick one out yourself. Listed on the ornament will be the child's age and a few gift ideas they would enjoy receiving. Unwrapped gifts should be turned in or dropped off at the school by December 15th. Thank you in advance for your consideration! Thank you, to our PTA officers for literally setting up the Giving Tree in the Lobby and for all of your work behind the scenes with this much needed and appreciated initiative!

Thank you for helping to make Pleasant Valley the wonderful school that it is! As always, I want to thank you for your partnership with Pleasant Valley! We are very appreciative of all of you! Should you ever have any questions, concerns, or just a great idea you would like to share, please email me at or call the main office at 440.885.2380 weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Very Sincerely,

Mrs. Stephanie Boka
