Elementary Support for Families

If you are in need of financial assistance, Gayman is here to support you. We do, however, need written consent to provide assistance. Please complete the flier below and return it to the main office. Your privacy is of the utmost importance and only key staff members will be aware of this request.

Sharing Information with Programs

As the weather begins to get colder and more of our students are wearing jackets and other outside winter gear, consider labeling your child's things with his/her last name. Our "Lost and Found" area next to the cafeteria is adding sweatshirts, jackets, and hats, every day.

If your child is missing any items, please feel free to ask your child's teacher to allow him/her for a quick visit to our "Lost and Found".

CBSD Farmers Market

Any Central Bucks family who may need a little extra food assistance is welcome to join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month at Barclay Elementary School. Our drive-up food distributions run from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.

Attendance

Parents and guardians are able to submit an absence request via the Parent Portal. When a student is absent from school, but the school did not receive communication from the parent or guardian, a text message and email will be sent.

All attendance questions can be directed to Christine Stevens, cstevens@cbsd.org, in the Gayman Office.

To volunteer or chaperone, your clearances must be up-to-date.

If your clearances are current, upload them into the App Garden - Volunteer Tracker. If your clearances have expired, or you need to begin the clearance process, click on the Required Documents for the directions.
