A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Hello CMS Family,
Tomorrow is the last day for students to turn in work without any late penalties by emailing the teacher and including the assignment name and a screenshot of the assignment.
Report Cards will be mailed Friday, June 12.
We have posted our enrichment opportunities for all students. These activities are optional and will not be graded in any way. Have fun and enjoy doing them individually or with the family this summer. Enrichment Activities may be accessed through our school website and in our grade level google classrooms.
We collected most of our textbooks and other items this week, so thank you to everyone who participated in our drop-off and pick-up times. If you still have items to return, please contact our Assistant Principal, Mr. Michael Carothers at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will communicate with you about a time to drop them off at CMS.
Our yearbooks should be in toward the end of June and we will communicate with you about a time to pick those up at CMS as well.
8th grade students, we are excited to celebrate Y-O-U and your time at CMS with an end-of-year video created in your honor that we will share on social media and in your google classroom this week, so be on the lookout for it! We wish you the best in high school and will miss you greatly.
It’s time for Proof of Residency. You may submit your child’s Proof of Residence electronically through the following link: Proofs of Residency Form.
Please see our website and social media for more information on these events and all things CMS and remember our theme this year and Be Your Best.
As always, we are Respectful, Responsible, and Remarkable!
We aRe Chapin!

If you are interested in trying out for the Chapin High School Swim Team, please complete this INTEREST FORM and submit it. Rising 7-12 grade students are eligible. Normally we have an interest meeting before the end of the school year, but unfortunately that is not possible this year. We will be sending out information about try-outs and the upcoming season between now and August. You will need a current sports physical and paperwork completed through Arbiter Athlete prior to getting in the pool. If you have any questions, please contact Alison Lloyd email@example.com.
