End of Year Reminders
Returning Learning Lending Videos: Elementary Schools - Please remember to send back the Learning Lending Video kits that were sent out in the beginning of the year. Please let us know if any materials are missing.
End of Year Due Date: All MultiMedia materials will be due back on June 11th for our summer inventory. The daily mailbags will also stop on June 12th and summer weekly delivery will begin. Please remember that Queensbury UFSD and Whitehall CSD do not get summer delivery. Any materials that arrive for them will be held until September.
Lost Materials & Book Requests: If a book has been lost or damaged while on loan in your district, please let us know! Your district does not owe any fee for the item. We ask that you let us know so that we can keep up-to-date numbers on our collection. If there is a book title or DVD that you would like to use in the 2015-2016 school year, please let me know. We are beginning to put together summer purchase orders.
Summer Booking: Booking materials over the summer is allowed, please contact me and let me know what items you wish to borrow.
Come Visit! If you are going to be at the Gick Road conference center over the summer for professional development, stop by and check out our collection. We will be working hard adding new materials, but we always enjoy visitors.
Fall 2015 Ordering:
As of July 1st, materials for the 2015-2016 school year will be bookable. We suggest logging in and booking materials that you may want throughout the school year in July to ensure their availability.
If you or anyone in your district has an item (DVD, Book, Audio Book, etc.) that they would like added to the MultiMedia collection, please let us know! We are constantly taking requests and take pride in a collection that is built on our teachers needs and wants. Please email Alicia with any requests.
