- Concerns around Band/Advisory- Mr. B and Frank have already met to discuss options to ensure the continued success of the band program.
- Shorts too short: (see below)
- The behavior of Ss at the end of the year- Phone calls during SST team meetings still need to happen even in May. Major Infractions should be sent to the office but still, require the teacher to call and explain why the Ss was being written a referral. Minor infraction consequences /referrals issued also require parent contact. (Mr. B will collaborate w/teams qualifications for last week of school fun activities.) If there is a major concern for a specific student please have the team leader speak to me or Shirley.
- Student Behavior Hallway behavior- All staff should help before and after lunch periods and during the morning arrival and afternoon dismissal. Many staff members already do this but some do not. Let's all pitch in and help out. Questions see me or team leaders.
- End of Year Timeline (See below)
Dress Code Reminder
Students should dress appropriately for learning in a positive educational environment. Dress must be appropriate for the age level, sufficiently modest and in good taste. Each school will establish guidelines for appropriate dress. If the student is determined to be inappropriately dressed, he/she will be required to wear an assigned shirt or “cover up” until such time as parents can be contacted and suitable attire brought to school for the student. If the student or family does not cooperate in this area, disciplinary action may result. The building or district administration will make the determination of appropriateness. Parents are reminded that, even in winter months, students will likely be participating in outdoor recess or in outdoor physical education and it is essential that they have appropriate outerwear.
