Nurse Carter's Corner:
Parents, if your child will need any type of medication while at school including prescriptions or over the counter medications, please take time to review the MPS Medication Policy below. A parent or guardian must bring the medication to the nurse's office. Please do not send the medication with your child. Proper paperwork needs to be filled out and on file every year at school. If you have any questions, please feel free to call my office at 256-6968. I'm happy to help. http://www.mustangps.org/healthinformation.aspx
How to VOLUNTEER:
We welcome and appreciate you being a part of our kids' field trips and school. Whether you would enjoy being a Watchdog, walking the halls, helping secure doors, and building relationships with kids or would enjoy volunteering for an upcoming art, band or other field trip, MPS has a new procedure. To ensure safety, all volunteers are required to obtain a background check. The cost is $11.95, and the online application is easy! Thank you for volunteering at CRI. Please see the attached letter from Interim Superintendent Charles Bradley.
Thank you for your commitment and support of our schools, student safety and learning. We'd love to hear from you! Call or email your child's teacher, the PTSO or front office to volunteer.
