Reading with the Digital Library
Teachers can use this, too. There are so many awesome features for littles like "read aloud" books and "read with me" books!

*A large chunk of these resources are available right here in the library, so come check them out in person!
Floop
This tool is only FREE through October 2020, but I'm still going to introduce it to you because it might be something you can't live without.
Floop stands for Feeback Loop and allows your students to get real time feedback as they work on their assignments. Essentially, this works as a way for you to check in with students "one-on-one" while maintaining social distance. There is also an option to allow students to peer edit virtually!
For example: let say a student gets stuck on a problem in Algebra. They can send their teacher a picture of where they are on that specific problem and their teacher can respond with feedback helping them through the next step. If they still don't understand or want to check their progress after that, they can submit again.

Parlay
Again, this is not a completely free application, but with a free account you get 12 FREE round tables with unlimited students. Courtney Moore and I tested this out, and you can go in and out of discussions which means you can utilize the same round table for all of your classes.
Analytics can be broken down by student which makes it super convenient to figure out who participated and how, and the nudge and messaging feature within the application lets you communicate with and encourage specific students privately without leaving the discussion!
Students are able to respond to each other and ask questions while you facilitate it all within the application. This does link with directly with Google Classroom!
Visit the site here to check it out.
PhET
PhET provides virtual interactive labs on Science and Math concepts. There are a ton of labs for all of the science disciplines and a few for the various math classes. Here are a couple of examples:
Many of these labs can be pushed directly into your Google Classroom via a button on the lab, but they can also be embedded directly into Google slide presentations as part of a lesson.
