Interaction between two different organisms.
Types of Symbiosis
Mutualism-symbiosis that has both organisms being benefitted
Commenalism- symbiosis where one organism benefits and the other is neutral
Parasitism- symbiosis where one organism benefits and the other is harmed
Examples
An example of mutualism is between clownfish and sea anemones where the anemone give the clownfish protection and the clownfish protects the anemone from predators.
An example of commenalism is when a tree frog uses plants or trees to hide from the rain.
An example of parasitism is when a mosquito drinks a human's blood.
