Honoring Veterans
Daniel Wright honored veterans this week with a variety of activities such as videos with individuals who served in the armed forces, music honoring veterans, and letters of gratitude through Operation Gratitude. Veterans Day is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually in November for honoring military veterans, who are people who have served in the United States Armed Forces. The chorus and orchestra also performed patriotic songs for students.
Enjoy the live music performed by students in addition to pictures of students listening to veterans tell their stories on the school's Facebook page or Google Doc folder.
