Lets Start with Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks are simple all you do is you start holding candles and then go all the way up and smash the candles (Clap your hands) and do continuously.

How to do Sit-up

Lay Down with your knees up and feet stuck on the ground like you glued them. Put your arms crossed on your stomach and make sure that your feet are stuck to the ground like glue and lift your stomach and head up with your arms still on your chest. This will help you get abs.
