Greetings AES Families!
Hope you are having a wonderful summer! Just a few notices and reminders...
- Yearbooks have arrived! Please see below for pickup dates & times. Shout out to Noel Daugherty and Virginia Leffler for all of their hard work.
- We were hoping to have class lists available earlier this summer; however the PowerSchool rollover and updates occur in July and teacher assignments will not be available until the 1st week in August. Please be on the lookout for notices in late July to update your family account in order to receive your placement notifcation.
- Keep your child's skills sharp throughout the summer... Read often with your child and set up a good routine for them to read independently. Visit the Library for great summer programming (even when you travel, check out the local libraries for summer programs). Make Lexia and Symphony online programs part of your weekly routine. 30 minutes 2-3 times per week will make a HUGE difference.
Stay safe, work hard and play hard... but most of all be kind to others and yourself.
All my best,
Ashley Bodkins
The AES staff (pictured below) wishes all of our families a fabulous summer!

Aspen Elementary SKIERS
At AES our essential agreements guide the way we behave and interact with others throughout our school in every setting. This year, we've adopted the SKIER acronym as a way to frame our essential agreements school wide. We hope that you will reinforce these positive attributes with your child at home.
