It's fall and that means we have our PTC Fall Carnoween to look forward to on Saturday, 10/21! Our PTC needs many volunteers throughout the event to help it be a spooky success. Please click here to sign up to volunteer before, during or after the event. Find the full flier linked below.
I hope you'll scroll down to see pictures of how we are embracing the idea of "Farm to Fork" at LCE. We are actively seeking a few parents who would like to volunteer one day a week to help with our garden projects - we have many ways to get involved. Please email or call Mrs. Karla Noyes (email@example.com) to learn more!

Farm to Fork at LCE
a partnership between staff, students, and our food service team
We have a special partnership with our food service team, led by Miss Michelle, who takes the harvested food and prepares it to serve on our salad bar. Sometimes we serve items in their natural raw state, and sometimes we are treated to sauteed vegis prepared by our students with support from Michelle. It's delicious!
