Thank you

Over the last couple of months, I have received numerous e-mails from parents expressing their thoughts about the staff at the SLHS. It is wonderful to hear so many great compliments and appreciation for the work that our teachers do. Thank you for taking the time to let them know how you feel and for sharing it with me. I encourage all parents to share a few complimentary words with any teachers that you feel have made a difference for your child(ren). I also want to extend my appreciation to our parents and guardians for all you do to support us in our work. Educating children effectively requires a partnership between schools and parents, something that I believe we do well. Parents have shown strong support in so many ways and it is very much appreciated.

Our first quarter grades are available on the SchoolTool parent portal. If you don’t have access to the parent portal, please email your request along with your email address to Diana Schwartz at Please follow us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and our website. I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday season and safe journeys for all of your travels.
