SAFETY AT HIDDEN RIVER FROM MR. JUDY
ATTENTION PARENTS:
When dropping off your student, they must be dropped at the front of the building, not in front of the portables. The crosswalks are NOT to be used before 1st period or after school.
When picking up your student from school, you must get in line with the other cars and come through to the front of the building where your child will be waiting. If you choose to park and have your child walk to the car, you must walk over to the front of the building and escort the student across the cross walk to your car.
We understand this can be inconvenient, however these instructions are for your student's safety. Since we are sharing the front parking lot with the buses, we do not allow the students to use the cross walk before or after school. Your cooperation in this matter is imperative and no exceptions are allowed.
Also, at the end of May, Hidden River Middle School staff and students will be participating in a dynamic emergency preparedness drill that provides an opportunity to respond to an unanticipated event. It will be clearly communicated that this is a drill. Please see the attached letter for more details.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students safe.
