Coding Conversation

Transforming Teen Services

Learn how to build and develop services for and with teens that will help guarantee that the adolescents you support have what they need for future success.


Textual Literacy Course

A course focusing on the first strand of the SD School Library Standards, Textual Literacy, in which we'll focus on topics related to reading and engaging for academic and personal growth.


SDSL Digital Resources Course

February 28-March 18

A course focusing on digital reference services. Students will be introduced to ethics in reference services, searching techniques, and digital literacy on the internet.


School Library Survey

Annual library survey completed by school districts in South Dakota.


21st Century Library Award

Submit On-line

March 1-May 1

Annual recognition of school libraries that meet the characteristics of a 21st Century school library through its program, place, and professional.


Jump Start: Summer Reading Workshops
