Centennial's Newsday Tuesday
Centennial Elementary Families' Weekly Newsletter 11/30/2021
A Note from the Principal
Hi, Centennial Families!
Happy-Almost-December!
I hope that you and yours were able to enjoy a relaxing and fun Thanksgiving break! Hopefully, we are all able to come back fully recharged to finish our first semester together strong!
We have many exciting things happening at Centennial now and in the coming weeks!
This Thursday: Jams & Jammies!
Students may wear their holiday / Christmas jammies to school this Thursday, 12/2! Teachers will be playing holiday tunes while students work quietly.
The Centennial Bookfair is up and running!
Our wonderful media specialist, "Mr. Mike," has added links to the book fair website as well as a schedule so that you may see when your student(s) will visit the library. Please click here for full details!
Our PTO has many wonderful things to share, so please keep reading--I'm signing off early this week!
With appreciation and kind regards,
Ellie Webb, Principal
Book Fair Reminders
If you have not already done so, please set up your child's eWallet this evening. A quick reminder that after the fair all remaining eWallet funds are not returned to a credit card but instead, become a gift card balance that can be used online with Scholastic or to fund an eWallet for a future book fair. Please be sure to sign in with the same email used to create the eWallet.
Follow this link to create your child's eWallet, https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bookfairs/parent-how-it-works.html?fairID=4950817.
We also have a few volunteer opportunities for shopping assistance and take down via Sign Up Genius we are looking to fill. Please take a look and see where you may be able to help!
