Audience: students
This ad will be placed along the hallways and in the cafeteria. These are the places within the school that students are the most and it is guaranteed that many students will be able to see the ad.
I used appeal to fear and testimonial propaganda techniques in my ad. The appeal to fear part is the picture of a "clock" and a "slice of pizza" engaged in a fight along with the slogan "don't let time beat your lunch!" giving the audience the fear of not being able to finish their lunch due to a lack of time. The testimonial part is a picture of Barack Obama along with the statement "he isn't forced to eat his lunch in 30 short minutes, why should you? Lengthen lunch now!" To give the audience the idea that their short lunch is not fair because important people aren't required to do the same.

Audience: School board
I used glittering generalities because it shows that if students are allowed more places to sit and eat, then they will be happier and will do better in school which is also better for the school board. I showed a picture of the lunch room which is very crowded so they will understand the true problem, and I added a text which says that students will do better if they get more chairs, which will make the school board want to add more seating because they want students to do good in school and be happy.
