Flexibility and Stretching
~ create a stretch routine
~ stretch for 30 seconds per stretch
~ stretch no more than 5 days a week
~ stretch at least twice a week
~ if you have your splits start to prop

~ tighten up your arms
~ don't place your arm
~ come up with motion routines
