~ create a stretch routine

~ stretch for 30 seconds per stretch

~ stretch no more than 5 days a week

~ stretch at least twice a week

~ if you have your splits start to prop

~ clap 1, strait arms at temples 2, swing down 3, explode up and hit jump 4, land 5

~ toe touch, left/right front hurdler, left/right hurkey, and pike
